COMMISSIONER VISITS ATV BOOSTER STATIONS AS GOVERNMENT PLANS REPOSITIONING OF STATION.

Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Information and Strategy, Iliya James, has on Tuesday, 30 July 2024, paid an inspection visit to ATV booster stations in north and central zones of Adamawa State in order to get first hand Information on the state of the booster stations. 

The visit, is inline with ongoing efforts by the state government to revamped state owned media organizations for effective and efficient discharge of it's mandate to people of the state.

The Hon. Commissioner was in company of the  Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Solomon Kumanga,  Director Information, Mrs Pryan Lubba, Director Planning, Research and Statistics as well the General Manager of Adamawa Television.

The Delegation led by the Hon. Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Iliya James, visited booster stations located in Gombi, Mubi as well as the zonal offices of Michika and Mubi. 

Received by the vice Chairperson in Michika Local Government Area, Hon. Jummai, the Hon Commissioner, intimated her on the purpose of the visit which is to inspect the  booster stations and zonal offices across the north and central zones.

He noted that this is followed by his recent redeployment to the Ministry and hs  used the opportunity to  congratulate them on their victory at the just concluded Local Government polls.
